LinkedIn Pages Get 3 New Features3 min read

LinkedIn released three new page modifications to help businesses have more meaningful conversations with their target customers.

With the help of post templates, pinned comments, and the new ‘commitments’ area, businesses can generate more engaging content and highlight their most essential values.

These revisions have been released gradually throughout the month so that you may have already received them. Those who aren’t up-to-date on the situation can do so by reading the following information.

1. Post Templates

Thanks to editable templates, businesses may save time while still producing high-quality content for their LinkedIn pages.

There’s no need to go out of your way to find or download any third-party programs to use the LinkedIn app’s premade post formats.

Create a new post and select “use template.” After that, you can alter the backdrop, pick a typeface, include text and links, and much more.

2. Pinned Comments

Companies may now “pin” their favourite remarks to the top of the comment section, making them more visible to their audience.

LinkedIn proposes using pinned comments to keep discussions on-topic in a blog post:

“With the help of pinned comments, you can guide the conversation you want to see on any of your brand’s posts. Pinning any comment on a post will permanently place that comment at the top of the thread, so everyone who sees the post will see that comment first.”

The pinned comment can be updated at any moment to keep the discussion going or to move it in a new direction.

3. Affirmations on This Page

The new LinkedIn feature showcasing company values is a valuable tool for businesses.

A new component of LinkedIn Pages called “Our featured commitments” allows your company to highlight its most essential principles to potential employees and business associates.

In your featured commitments section, you can list up to five commitments, such as:

  • Promoting diversity, equality, and acceptance
  • Acquiring new skills and advancing one’s career,
  • Work-life equilibrium
  • the effect on society
  • Maintaining a healthy ecosystem

In the “About” section of your Page, LinkedIn will list the things you’ve promised to do.

You can add to the section by hosting videos, reports, certifications, and blog posts that show how your company lives up to its values.
